Then, to test whether the modem is detected, use the command through the console / terminal with the super user (su) mode.
#wvdialconf /etc/wvdial.conf
Once the results come out, that last line:
Found a modem on /de/ttyACM0...and so on
edit / etc / wvdial.conf run by the root (su):#vi /etc/wvdial.conf
and then I fill in for a dial-up via GPRS-xl mygprs:
[Dialer Defaults]
Modem = /dev/ttyACM0
Baud = 460800
Init1 = AT+CGDCONT=1,”IP”,”mygprs”,,0,0
Init2 = ATQ0 V1 E1 S0=0 &C1 &D2 +FCLASS=0
ISDN = 0
Modem Type = USB Modem
FlowControl = CRTSCTS
Carrier Check = No
Phone = *99***1#
Username = simaya@mygprs
Password = haveaniceday
Save with used combo: pressured Esc then the colon, w and q (Esc+:wq). If you cancel save, press : Esc+q!
Don't forget to remove the sign “:” in front “Phone;Username;Password”
Next, to connect to the Internet from the console / terminal typewritten:
$wvdial
To dissconnected pressed the switch Ctrl+c.
Thats it.
